Hey there!

I'm a psychologist who works with top performers - from Olympians and performing artists on the world’s biggest stages to CEOs, world-renown surgeons, and leaders in every industry.

I've seen what makes some people excel and thrive while others just burn out.

My training goes beyond performance psychology to include the science on emotion, behaviour, cognition, development, identity, relationships & attachment.

People come to me to figure out why the skills they've tried aren't working. When they know what they should do to feel and perform better, but they don't do it.

I'll peel back the curtain on the psychology of high performers. I'll show you how evidence-based therapy and supportive others have helped them achieve excellence in their personal and professional lives.

If you're the high performer---athlete, leader, creative, entrepreneur, executive ---you'll get the real deal on what drives excellence and what blocks it.

If you support others---coach, leader, teacher, parent, teammate---you'll learn how to help people excel without crashing.

Here's what I'll share:

  • Inside therapy strategies you can use yourself or introduce to those you support
  • How everyone can tap into emotions as performance data and use them to their advantage
  • Ways to build and maintain the relationships that sustain excellence
  • Practical communication tools that work in your personal life, team dynamics, or when supporting others with mental health concerns
  • Breakthrough approaches for when you---or someone you're helping---feels stuck

I'll also address how mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, and eating disorders uniquely impact high performers. Many achievers struggle silently with these conditions - carrying emotional baggage that nobody knows about - believing they must choose between mental health and excellence. I'll teach you how to navigate these challenges - in yourself and others - while maintaining performance.

This isn't productivity-hack fluff. It's about why smart, driven people sometimes sabotage themselves. We'll tackle perfectionism (keeping the standards, ditching the self-criticism) and building an identity that holds up when results don't go your way.

I'll share real stories and practical advice you can use tomorrow. We'll cut through the academic jargon and focus on what works.

This newsletter will help you - and your team - go from Surviving to Thriving.

Join me to discover how to crush it professionally while still having a life, solid relationships, and actual enjoyment in what you do.

Let's redefine excellence together!

~ Heather
