From Personal Practice to Professional Mission
Once I understood how to bridge my own gaps, I started helping others do the same.
I work with high achievers: Olympians before competition, executives before career defining presentations, healthcare professionals navigating impossible demands. People who are performing through disembodiment just like I did. I see them using the same ON/OFF switch to cope with uncertainty. I teach them to reconnect with their signals, regulate their nervous systems, and access their capacity from integration rather than force.
I lead teams through transformation - from stuck to sustainable excellence. Not generic team building, but the real work of bridging communication gaps, building trust across generations and roles, helping people unlock potential in each other. We go from pandemic survival mode to stronger than before because we address how humans actually connect and perform together.
And I partner with organizations to redesign systems that are actively undermining the behaviors leadership wants to build. Reducing two year mental health wait times to under two months at Humber River Hospital. Developing national mental health strategies for Canadian sport organizations. Creating structures where excellence and wellbeing reinforce each other instead of compete.
The Dimmer Switch is the key to executing on demand while honoring our humanity.
The Dimmer Switch mentality now shapes everything I do. I focus on integration, not overdrive... Most days.
