Work With Us

I'm a Clinical Psychologist who's spent over 20 years working at the intersection of mental health and high performance. I help people, leaders and teams bridge the gap between mental health and performance to find a sustainable path to excellence.
Whether I'm working with an athlete navigating a mental injury, an executive leading through uncertainty or an organization building a thriving culture, my approach is integrative. I blend clinical training in CBT, mindfulness, emotion focused and attachment-based methods with mental skills training. Built on nervous system regulation, I help high performers reach peak performance in high-stakes environments.
My work takes me from the pool deck with national team swimmers to boardrooms with C-suite leaders. I lead nationwide mental health strategies for Athletics Canada and Swimming Canada. As Psychologist for Swimming Canada's HPC-ON team and Game Plan's Mental Health Network, I help athletes and coaches confront their hidden opponents and unlock their full potential.
For almost two decades as Psychologist and Clinical Lead at Humber River Hospital, I built programs from the ground up and led complete transformation of our mental health program, reducing wait times from two years to less than two months. This work solidified my love for developing high-functioning leaders and teams.
Everything I do rests on a few core values. Integrity means doing the hard thing and following through on what I say. Transparency means what you see is what you get, I don't have hidden agendas and I own my mistakes. These create trust, which sits at the heart of all my work. Collaboration means I don't care what letters are beside your name. We're better together than alone.
I'm a proud mom of two amazing human beings who are also high-performance athletes. Often with them, I love being outdoors and active: walking, running, cycling, skiing, time in the forest or sitting lakeside. I value my daily mindfulness practice and learning through connection with others. I believe everyone can be my teacher, including you.
When we work together, you get my complete commitment and authentic connection. I believe you already have most of the answers within you. My role is to help you uncover them.
